We are a family owned and operated company with all family members actively involved on a day to day basis. ServiceMaster of Greater Harrisburg and West Shore has grown to over 65 employees working out of a 12,000 square foot facility in the Penbrook section of Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

ServiceMaster customers are homeowners, business owners, commercial property and residential property managers who have experienced a fire or water loss in their home or place of business. Our commitment to them includes being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; customer contact within 60 minutes of the initial call to our office; a ServiceMaster service team on site within 2 – 4 hours to perform emergency mitigation services; a written report of loss details available within 24 hours of the initial call; work that is done right the first time or it is done over, no questions asked. ServiceMaster of Greater Harrisburg and West Shore is a designated Quality Restoration Vendor which carries with it a strong commitment to high standards consistent with that certification.
